Turnover Inspectors

We are looking for detail-oriented Turnover Inspectors to join our team! In this role, you will ensure our Airbnb, Booking dot com, and Vrbo units meet high-quality standards between guest stays. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization.

We have multiple openings with flexible scheduling options, including part-time and full-time positions, weekdays and weekends (weekend rates apply!). We're also looking to hire with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restock Airbnb units with essential supplies after guest departures
  • Inspect cleaned units to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Assist cleaners as needed to maintain efficiency
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., changing batteries and lightbulbs)
  • Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure company vehicles are clean and well-stocked
  • Perform light snow clearing of pathways and driveways as needed
Requirements:
  • Valid work permit
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Functional phone with data (to access required apps)
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Basic handyman skills (preferred but not required)
