Maintenance and Quality Control Team Member

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Maintenance and Quality Control worker. This role encompasses performing handyman tasks, documentation, safety reports, and assessing the work of cleaners. This could be a seasonal or full time position.
Starting early September.Responsibilities:
- Perform basic household maintenance tasks as needed.
- Document maintenance activities and inspection results.
- Handle light cleaning duties when required.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address issues promptly.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced and stressful industry.
- Uphold high standards for a guest facing industry
Work experience:
- Strong background in basic household maintenance.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and think on your feet.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers licence.
- Proven handy man or carpentry skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
