Following on from the success of our Fernie business operations, we have now expanded our business across the Columbia Valley.

We've partnered with long-time Columbia Valley resident Mark Kline, which allows us to bring our full-service vacation rental management services to Invermere, Panorama, Radium, and Fairmont. Furthermore, due to Beyondbnb’s successful business model, we are able to offer affordable rental management services to hosts starting from only 5% commission, with no sign up fees or long contracts throughout the Valley.

Guest Communications. We manage all communication with guests, including rental contracts, booking confirmations, check-in instructions and reviews.  24/7 guest support hotline and locals on call.

Cleaning and Laundry. We schedule and pay a growing network of cleaning professionals in your community.  Hotel quality linen is available for rent, and everything is laundered off site at a commercial laundry.

Supplies replenishment. Locally made soap products, high quality paper products and all the essentials for your guests.

Maintenance Coordination. We coordinate maintenance services with our network of local professionals.
